**Synthetic isolated vitamins** are vitamins of artificial origin, i.e. they are produced in laboratories. Opinions differ on these synthetic pharmaceutical drugs without biologically active vitamins. There is a presumption that these vitamins are a burden to the body rather than nutrition. When these preconditions are met, taking these supplements should be counterproductive for the body.
