Bovine collagen

Bovine collagen is type I and III collagen derived from cow bones or other byproducts. These types of collagen primarily serve to repair bones, tendons, ligaments and skin.

The body requires the supply of amino acids glycine and proline to be able to produce these types of collagen on its own. However, the fastest and most effective way is to use bovine collagen. With this collagen, the body receives the necessary amino acids needed to support connective tissue health.

Other benefits of bovine collagen include:

  • reduction of joint pain
  • improved bowel function
  • rapid recovery of the body after exercise
