At GreenPharm, our everyday work is built on collaboration, shared goals, and continuous progress. This time, however, we swapped our usual work environment, meetings, and screens for the Tatras, outdoor activities, and quality time together as a team.
The Weather Didn’t Stop Us
We started our team building with a hike to the Studený Potok Waterfalls. Although the weather was not exactly on our side, with colder temperatures and rain accompanying us along the way, it certainly did not affect the atmosphere.
Quite the opposite. We enjoyed the hike, took a welcome break from our screens, and had the opportunity to spend time together outside our usual working environment.
Quality Time with the Team
After the hike, the program continued with accommodation at Hotel Kukučka in Tatranská Lomnica, followed by lunch and team-building activities. Good food, wellness, and above all plenty of fun together were all part of the experience.
Moments like these remind us that a strong team is not built through work alone. It also grows through shared experiences, informal conversations, and opportunities to get to know our colleagues from a different perspective.
