GreenPharm is a manufacturer of food supplements, which means we do not invent formulas, nor do we provide nutritional expertise. If you develop your formula and have questions regarding the suitability of mixing certain substances and their effects on health, we recommend discussing it with a professional nutritionist. However, in the case of technological processes and tailoring product formulations to your needs (for example, in terms of flavour), we’re always ready to help.
Yes, we can assist in developing and producing custom formulations according to your specific requirements and preferences.
We can definitely optimize and adjust formulas in terms of cost. For effectiveness, we can provide guidance, but we recommend consulting with a certified food nutritionist for more detailed advice.

Production
For our catalogue products, the MOQ is 500 pieces (jars/PET packers). However, for products with your special formula, the MOQ is 1,000 pieces.
Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is set at 500 pieces.
Our products are manufactured in Košice, Slovakia.
We source our ingredients from all over the world. Since product quality is our highest priority, our suppliers are the most reputable and leading manufacturers with test certificates (COA).
The average lead time is 4–6 weeks for all product types. However, for the first order of boxes with sticks, the lead time is approximately 8–10 weeks, which decreases significantly once we have packaging materials in stock.
The standard production time for standard packaging, i. e. plastic jars and PET packers, is around 5–6 weeks. That could change based on factors such as the packaging type (production time for sachets is longer) and the availability of all ingredients in our warehouse. If there is any special ingredient that’s not usually used and we need to purchase it, this period might be slightly prolonged.
The typical turnaround time is the same as for our catalogue products: 5–6 weeks if all ingredients are available. However, we usually advise having a testing batch prepared to test the private formula before purchasing the whole order.

Packaging
The most commonly used packaging options are HDPE jars for powders and PET packers for capsules. In addition to these packaging options, we can offer you doy packs (fully printed or with stickers) as well as daily stick sachets in paper boxes.
Unfortunately, as labels and packaging are provided by third parties, we are not able to provide you with samples of this kind. However, we can send you their specifications and photos.
Yes, your logo is always displayed on the product label. The same applies to doypacks and boxes with daily stick sachets. If you are interested in jars/PET packers/lids with your brand logo – the MOQ of this packaging type is 10,000 pcs.
No, the label design is something we require to receive from customers. However, in every case, we can help with issuing the design by providing you with mandatory texts (that have to be stated on the label) and a label template.
We prefer the production of individual products. However, bulk production is something we can take into consideration in the case of some formulas. If you are interested in this option, do not hesitate to let us know and we will discuss it further.
Yes, you can. However, the jars and labels must meet our technological requirements.

No, we do not produce proteins. However, we offer the production of other products falling into the sports nutrition category, such as BCAAs, EAAs, fat burners, pre-workout powders, and so on.
We’ll be happy to provide you with selected samples of powder catalogue products for free. If you’d like to receive some of them, feel free to contact us and mention your address and phone number for the courier. If you would like us to provide you with a sample of your custom formula, there is a fee you need to pay first. However, if you order this product later on, we subtract the price from the final invoice. We do not provide samples of capsule products.
Yes, we can provide samples of our catalog powder products (approximately 60 g each).
The purpose of any sample is to provide you with knowledge of the structure, taste, solubility, and odour of the chosen product. In the case of capsule products, there is, however, not much to observe – as every product consists of capsules that look the same in every case. Moreover, they don’t have any odour, nor are they soluble in water, so there are no specific characteristic features to observe.

Yes, we can send you samples of our powder catalog products free of charge.
Our branded PEPTAN® collagen is HALAL and KOSHER certified. It is produced in the EU by one of the biggest collagen suppliers in the world, Rousselot. It’s not grass-fed, but the feed base is plant material. If you are interested in the wild-caught collagen, we are able to source it for you.
No, there are no technological restrictions on any flavourings. The only issue is how the flavour matches the chosen ingredients.
Tablets are possible to be produced only in the case of certain formulas. MOQ is then 300,000 tablets. Production of blisters is one of the plans for the near future.
Unfortunately, we do not produce effervescent tablets or powders.
Unfortunately, it is not possible. Every flavour needs to be mixed individually as a „separate product.“ Therefore, the MOQ applies to one specific product with one specific flavour.
